タイトル番号 3.1.X は もし僕が列車の英語案内をさせてもらえるならば, こう表現します, というシリーズです。空港へのアクセス鉄道であれば, 何を案内すべきか? というのが主題です。
いまの関空快速はこんな感じの放送となっています。↓
問題点
・他社線（大阪市営・私鉄など）の案内が一切ない
東京にはあるが煩雑さは否めない
・JR西日本がせっかくつくった路線記号を活かしていない
・日根野で分割するときの案内に抑揚が欲しい（棒読みだと大事な情報を落とします）
他社線の案内がないのは営業戦略のような気もしますが, それはおいておきましょう路線記号を入れ, 日根野の分割において, 注意喚起を厚めにすると次のようになります。

環状線内は放送の時間も取りにくいことから, 短めにする必要があります。
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for taking JR West today. This is an R/S Rapid Service train service to Kansai Airport (KIX) and Wakayama via counterclockwise O and southbound R lines.
The next stop is Fukushima. Following stops are Nishikujo and Bentencho.
環状線各停はNext stop: XX と多少丁寧さにかける表現をしましたが, これは中距離列車ですので多少時間をかけて The next stop is XX としました
福島→西九条
The next stop is Nishikujo. Transfer is available to the P trains for Universal City and Sakurajima, or to the Hanshin Namba Line.

ようやく放送時間が取れることから, 長めの文章にします。
Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for taking JR West today. This is an R/S Rapid Service train service to Kansai Airport and Wakayama via southbound R and S lines.
The following stops are Sakaishi, Mikunigaoka, Otori, Izumi Fuchu, Higashi Kishiwada, Kumatori, and Hineno. Beyond Hineno, Kansai Airport S service is stopping at Rinku Town and Kansai Airport terminal. Kishuji R service is stopping at every station and does not go to Kansai Airport.
This train will be uncoupled at Hineno.
The first four cars are the Airport S service and is numbered cars #1-4 (one to four). The last four cars are the R service and is numbered cars #5-8 (five to eight).
Please check your car number displayed above the doors or in the monitors and make sure you are in the right car for your destination.
The next stop is Sakaishi.

The next stop is Sakaishi. Stops are followed by Mikunigaoka and Otori.
日根野到着時
The next stop is Hineno. This train will be uncoupled at this station. Once again, please check your car number displayed above the doors or in the monitors and make sure you are in the right car for your destination. The first four cars, numbered 1-4 are the S service to Kansai Airport. The last four cars, numbered 5-8 are the R service to Wakayama. Kansai Airport passengers: please board the first 4 cars. Thank you.

This message is for R service only. Kansai Airport passengers who are hearing this message: you are in the wrong train. You must offboard at this station. Take the first four cars of this train or wait for another S service departing from this station. Thank you.
・be making a brief stop という表現が実際には多用されていますが, 長いこの表現にこだわる意味はないと思いますのでばさっと切りました。
・飛行機のアクセスのところについては, しつこいくらいの案内が必要です。(文中青色)
なぜか?
貴方自身が海外に行って電車に乗るとわかります。飛行場もわかるしダウンタウン（繁華街）もわかる。地図をみたら書いてある。ただそれをつなぐ列車などの交通網について初訪問で詳しい人はなかなかいないからで, 表示と放送に頼るしかないからです。
空港手前の放送はこれを参考にしました。
サンフランシスコ国際空港の手前で分岐するBART電車のSan Bruno駅がちょうど日根野と似ています。San Bruno BARTは間違って乗っても隣駅が終点ですが, 日根野は間違って乗ればあらぬ方向に連れて行かれ, 飛行機乗り遅れリスクが増大します。。
こないだ飛行機で隣になった方がおっしゃってました。
「初めて日本に来ました。天保山に行きたいんだけど, 日本に詳しい友人がタクシーに乗れって薦めてきたの。電車は定刻通り動いて素晴らしいらしいけど, 初めての人向けでは全然ないって。だから1万円ちょっとならタクシーで行くわ」
これって鉄道業者にとっては明らかな機会損失。もったいない・・・
でも今は仕方がありません。案内わかりにくいんだもん。エコノミークラスに乗る方なので無駄遣いできるほどたくさんのお金を持たれているとは思いません。余談ですが, この人は2千円札を大量にもたれていました。外国で日本円に替えると結構2千円札があるみたいです。
いちおうこう添えておきました。
"The taxi driver would gonna go wow. That's just like a $2 bill in the US."
(運ちゃんきっとびっくりすんで, アメリカで2ドル札をみるのときっと同じ反応が返ってくるよ)
